NILE Hospitality signs its seventh Hampton by Hilton hotel at Navi Mumbai International Airport, marking the brand’s entry into the Mumbai metropolitan market. The 90-key property is expected to open in 2030 and expands NILE Hospitality’s growing portfolio under its strategic licensing partnership with Hilton.
The upcoming hotel represents NILE Hospitality’s first signed property in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. Its location near Navi Mumbai International Airport positions the development to serve business and leisure travellers as the airport and surrounding commercial and industrial corridors expand.

The signing builds on the strategic licensing agreement between NILE Hospitality and Hilton announced in 2025. Under the agreement, NILE Hospitality plans to develop 75 Hampton by Hilton hotels across India, supporting the brand’s expansion in the country’s upper-midscale hospitality segment.
Hampton by Hilton operates more than 3,100 hotels globally across 46 countries and territories, according to the company. The brand focuses on quality-driven and value-conscious travellers, with its proposition centred on consistent accommodation, friendly service and amenities designed for convenient stays.
The Navi Mumbai property adds to a wider pipeline of Hampton by Hilton hotels being developed through the NILE-Hilton partnership. Earlier signings include properties in Amritsar, Vrindavan, Raipur and Lonavala, representing more than 350 rooms collectively and forming part of the brand’s initial expansion across India.
Hampton by Hilton’s India expansion also incorporates adaptations based on local traveller preferences. The planned properties feature optimised room and bathroom layouts, fitness centres, regionally inspired breakfast offerings and a 24-hour coffee station. The brand is also introducing its Sunny Sides full-service restaurant concept for the India portfolio.
Vikram Singh Chauhan, Founder and CEO, NILE Hospitality, says the Navi Mumbai signing marks an important milestone as the company enters the Mumbai market with its seventh Hampton property. He adds that the partnership supports NILE Hospitality’s efforts to build a diversified hotel portfolio while responding to changing traveller requirements.

The hotel’s proximity to Navi Mumbai International Airport is expected to support demand from corporate travellers, airport users and leisure guests visiting the wider Mumbai region. The airport-led development of Navi Mumbai is also contributing to the emergence of the area as a major business and connectivity hub.
With the Navi Mumbai signing, NILE Hospitality continues to expand its presence through international hotel brands while Hampton by Hilton broadens its footprint in India’s upper-midscale segment. The planned 2030 opening adds another branded hospitality option to the rapidly developing Navi Mumbai market.
