ITC Hotels Signs 105-Room Fortune Select Property in Greater Noida

ITC Hotels expands its Fortune brand in the Delhi-NCR hospitality market with a 105-key Fortune Select property in Greater Noida, strengthening its presence in the region’s growing business and leisure segment.

ITC Hotels Limited signs a management agreement for Fortune Select Greater Noida, a 105-key hotel that strengthens the Fortune brand’s presence across the National Capital Region (NCR) and Uttar Pradesh. The property is scheduled to open in early 2027 and forms part of the company’s asset-right expansion strategy.

The hotel will be located within India Expo Plaza at Knowledge Park II, Greater Noida, a flagship mixed-use development by SVG Realty and Vinayaka Expo Plaza Private Limited. The property will feature contemporary rooms and suites, an all-day dining restaurant, banqueting facilities and amenities designed to accommodate business and leisure travellers.

Greater Noida’s growing industrial activity, corporate connectivity and expanding meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions (MICE) segment are driving demand for organised hospitality in the region. The city's exhibition infrastructure and commercial developments also support demand for accommodation linked to corporate gatherings, business events and social functions.

Commenting on the development, Anil Chadha, Managing Director of ITC Hotels Limited, says Greater Noida represents a strategic addition to Fortune’s growing portfolio. He highlights the region’s industrial expansion, recurring MICE demand and the growth prospects associated with the Jewar Airport corridor as important factors supporting the company's expansion.

Ankur Mittal, Chairman and Managing Director of SVG Realty and Vinayaka Expo Plaza Private Limited, says the partnership brings an established hospitality brand to India Expo Plaza. The developer expects the hotel to contribute to Greater Noida’s evolving position as a business and commercial destination while catering to corporate, MICE and leisure visitors.

With the addition of Fortune Select Greater Noida, the Fortune brand will have a presence across five hotels in Uttar Pradesh and five hotels in the NCR. The signing further strengthens ITC Hotels' regional network and reflects its strategy of expanding through management agreements and partnerships.

The development also highlights the growing role of branded hospitality in emerging business destinations around Delhi. As Greater Noida attracts industrial investments, exhibitions and corporate activity, hotels with dedicated accommodation, dining and event facilities are positioned to serve the region’s evolving hospitality requirements.
