SUDO Consultants Signs MoU With Jozo for Saudi Digital Real Estate

SUDO Consultants signs an MoU with Saudi fractional real estate platform Jozo to support its cloud transformation, strengthen digital infrastructure and build a scalable technology platform for property investment.

SUDO Consultants enters into a MoU with Jozo, a Saudi Arabian fractional real estate ownership platform, for the digital transformation and cloud strategy. This collaboration is expected to help enhance the technology prowess of Jozo as it continues to expand its digital real estate investment platform

Under the terms of the agreement, SUDO Consultants acts as the cloud solutions partner for Jozo, working on developing and upgrading its digital infrastructure. This is preceded by a process of sizing and evaluation, which is expected to outline the technology roadmap for Jozo’s next stage of development.

The Jozo platform operates under the REGA Regulatory Sandbox and is engaged in the fractionalization of income-producing real estate. The system allows the user to obtain fractional ownership of real property where ownership is recorded using a digital deed infrastructure created in cooperation with the Real Estate Registry.

This cooperation shows how real estate and digital technology have come together more and more in Saudi Arabia. The systems used for fractional ownership depend on digital technology to help people gain access to property investment.

According to the plan, SUDO Consultants will help Jozo as the scale of operations grows, and the cloud infrastructure will be a major element of the technology architecture. As stated by SUDO, the joint venture will assist the companies in Saudi Arabia to update their technology infrastructure.

The agreement was signed at LEAP 2026 in Riyadh, which is one of the largest technology and innovation conferences held in the Kingdom. The signing of this agreement coincides with the growing importance of cloud computing and other technologies in the broader Saudi digital transformation strategy.

This is also amid increasing interest in fractional real estate ownership across the globe. Studies that have been mentioned in regard to the partnership show that the tokenisation of real-world assets could rise to prominence by 2030, and real estate has been cited as one of these sectors.

Jozo benefits from the partnership since it offers a technological approach that can facilitate the scaling up of the fractional ownership platform. On the other hand, SUDO Consultants will benefit by having a strengthened position within the changing cloud and digital transformation ecosystem in Saudi Arabia.

This MoU is thus another milestone in the evolution of digital property services in Saudi Arabia, integrating fractional ownership with cloud technologies and regulations. The firms are expected to chart the next phase in the roadmap for this technology after the initial assessment and sizing effort.
