NoBroker Interiors opens a 5,500 sq. ft. experience centre in Kharadi, Pune, featuring modular kitchens, wardrobes and AI-assisted design tools, with two more centres planned for 2027.
NoBroker Interiors opens its second experience centre in Pune at Kharadi, marking its expansion into East Pune as the company strengthens its presence in the home interiors market. Spread across 5,500 square feet, the new centre follows the launch of its flagship Home Interior Experience Centre in Wakad and aims to help homeowners explore designs, materials and layouts before finalising their projects.
The Kharadi centre features five modular kitchen setups, two living room arrangements, two pooja rooms, more than 25 wardrobe shutter displays and multiple crockery units. The displays showcase a range of colours, finishes and configurations suited to different residential requirements. Visitors can compare materials, examine design options and consult interior designers to develop solutions aligned with their preferences, available space and budgets.

Alongside its physical centres, NoBroker Interiors is incorporating artificial intelligence into the design process. Its in-house AI-assisted tools support planning and visualisation, while photorealistic 3D renders help customers understand how their proposed interiors may look before execution begins. The approach aims to improve design clarity and help bridge the gap between customer expectations and the finished space.
The company follows its “Homes Designed Honestly” philosophy, which focuses on transparency in design choices, materials and project execution. NoBroker Interiors also offers a lifetime warranty, subject to applicable terms and coverage.
Amit Kumar Agarwal, chief executive officer and co-founder of NoBroker, says the company brings design, material selection, planning and execution together to simplify home interiors. He adds that the new centre aims to help homeowners translate their individual ideas into functional, personalised living spaces with greater confidence.
The Kharadi launch forms part of the company’s wider expansion strategy in Pune. After establishing a presence in West Pune through its Wakad centre, NoBroker Interiors plans to open two additional experience centres in the city in 2027. The company also aims to become Pune’s leading home interiors brand over the next two years.

The expansion reflects growing interest in experiential retail formats within the home interiors sector, where customers can evaluate materials, visualise designs and seek professional guidance before committing to a project. By combining physical design displays with AI-assisted planning, NoBroker Interiors seeks to make the home design journey more accessible and coordinated for homeowners.
