Abu Dhabi Projects and Infrastructure Centre and PATRIZIA sign a strategic partnership to explore private capital, infrastructure investment and project delivery opportunities across Abu Dhabi’s AED200 billion-plus capital projects programme.
The Abu Dhabi Projects and Infrastructure Centre (ADPIC) and PATRIZIA sign a strategic partnership to deepen cooperation on infrastructure investment and project delivery in Abu Dhabi. The agreement establishes a framework for exploring private-sector participation, investment opportunities and international expertise across the emirate’s capital projects programme.
The partnership is signed during the Abu Dhabi Infrastructure Summit (ADIS) International Roadshow at EXPO REAL 2026 in Munich by Maysarah Mahmoud Salim Eid, Director General of ADPIC, and Hassan Awada, Senior Executive Officer, MENA at PATRIZIA. The agreement supports Abu Dhabi’s efforts to connect its infrastructure pipeline with international investors, specialist expertise and long-term project delivery capabilities.

ADPIC coordinates planning, governance and delivery across approximately 500 capital projects in Abu Dhabi, with a combined value exceeding AED200 billion, or more than $56 billion. The programme covers housing, transport, culture, education, social infrastructure and wider urban systems supporting the emirate’s economic growth and liveability.
Under the agreement, ADPIC and PATRIZIA plan to exchange international expertise and examine opportunities where private-sector participation can strengthen project delivery and long-term value creation. Areas of cooperation include public-private partnership structures, infrastructure financing and delivery practices, and potential investment and co-investment opportunities linked to Abu Dhabi’s capital projects pipeline.
The organisations also plan to collaborate on market intelligence, benchmarking and technical studies related to infrastructure investment and project execution. The partnership aims to encourage greater international participation and facilitate access to specialist capabilities across Abu Dhabi’s infrastructure ecosystem.
The agreement comes as Abu Dhabi expands its use of public-private partnerships to deliver major infrastructure assets. In May 2026, the Abu Dhabi Investment Office and ADPIC launched a AED55 billion PPP pipeline comprising 24 projects across transport, infrastructure and social sectors for delivery during 2026 and 2027.

For PATRIZIA, the partnership strengthens its commitment to Abu Dhabi following the establishment of its permanent presence in the Abu Dhabi Global Market. The investment manager has maintained relationships with institutional investors and partners in the emirate for 15 years and continues to expand its regional real assets platform.
The latest agreement therefore strengthens the connection between Abu Dhabi’s expanding infrastructure pipeline and international private capital, while creating opportunities for knowledge sharing, investment and long-term project development across the emirate.
