Atmosphere Core opens ONE Atmosphere Suites in Gurugram with 212 serviced suites, residential-style amenities and hotel services, targeting business, long-stay and leisure travellers.

Atmosphere Core expands its presence in India with the opening of ONE Atmosphere Suites Corner Walk Gurugram, an aparthotel located at M3M Corner Walk in Sector 74. The property marks the operational debut of ONE Atmosphere, the fourth brand under the hospitality group, in the Indian market.

Designed for business travellers, long-stay guests, families and social stays, the property features 212 suites across three categories  one BASE, one MORE and one MAX. The suites range from 305 to 437 sq ft and feature separate living and bedroom areas, functional kitchens, balconies and dedicated workspaces.

The aparthotel combines residential-style accommodation with hotel services, catering to travellers whose requirements extend beyond conventional short-term stays. Daily housekeeping, complimentary breakfast, 24-hour reception and concierge services are available to support longer visits.

ONE Atmosphere Suites also offers a range of facilities focused on work, wellness and leisure. These include a spa, terrace swimming pool, gymnasium, coworking café and conference room. Dining options comprise an all-day restaurant, poolside cocktail bar and live kitchen, while two banquet halls support meetings, celebrations and social gatherings.

Additional facilities include laundry services, a self-service laundromat and secure parking. Airport and city transfers are also available on request, adding flexibility for domestic and international business travellers.

The property is positioned along the Dwarka Expressway, approximately 35 minutes from Indira Gandhi International Airport. Its location provides access to Gurugram’s corporate and commercial districts while supporting connectivity for travellers arriving from other cities and countries.

The opening of ONE Atmosphere Suites establishes a hospitality format centred on longer stays, flexible living and business travel. It also marks another step in Atmosphere Core’s expansion beyond its existing portfolio of resorts and heritage properties across the Maldives, India and Italy.
