Dubai Welcomes Residents to Dar Global's Pagani-Branded Tower

Dar Global’s Pagani-branded DaVinci Tower begins welcoming residents in Dubai, highlighting growing demand for luxury homes inspired by global automotive brands and the expansion of branded residences.

Dubai’s luxury residential market is witnessing growing interest in branded properties as residents begin moving into Dar Global’s Pagani-branded DaVinci Tower. The development reflects a wider trend in which global automotive marques are extending their identities into high-end residential projects, combining distinctive design with luxury living.

Located along the Dubai Water Canal, DaVinci Tower is developed by Dar Global in partnership with Italian hypercar manufacturer Pagani Automobili. The project features 80 exclusive residences, with interiors influenced by Pagani’s design philosophy and attention to craftsmanship. The development combines automotive-inspired detailing, premium finishes and contemporary residential facilities.

Dar Global announced the start of the handover process in October 2025, marking the completion of a project that brings Pagani’s design identity into residential architecture. The tower offers views of the Dubai Water Canal, Burj Khalifa and the Downtown Dubai skyline. Its residences feature custom interiors, smart systems and high-end materials, while the building’s limited inventory adds to its positioning in the luxury housing segment.

The development was initially unveiled in December 2021 as an AED 800 million project. The collaboration introduced Pagani-inspired living spaces and bespoke furniture, extending the Italian brand’s design approach beyond its high-performance automobiles. The project includes one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, alongside a premium penthouse.

DaVinci Tower forms part of Dubai’s expanding branded-residence market, where developers collaborate with internationally recognised automotive and lifestyle brands to differentiate their residential offerings. Mercedes-Benz and Bugatti are among the other automotive names associated with luxury property developments in the emirate.

These partnerships allow developers to draw on established brand identities, design expertise and global recognition to attract affluent international buyers. For automotive brands, residential collaborations provide an opportunity to extend their design language into new lifestyle categories.

Dubai’s growing portfolio of branded residences highlights the city’s position as a destination for premium property investment. As developers introduce projects linked to globally recognised names, the segment is increasingly shaped by architecture, exclusivity and lifestyle positioning alongside conventional considerations such as location and amenities.
