Esha Group Enters Lucknow Real Estate Market With New Projects

Esha Group enters Lucknow’s real estate market with township and group housing projects across key locations, planning residential, commercial and lifestyle amenities and further expansion across Uttar Pradesh.

Esha Group marks its entry into Lucknow’s real estate market with plans for township and group housing developments across key locations in the city. The company identifies areas near the airport, Sultanpur Road and Shaheed Path for its upcoming projects, with a focus on residential, commercial and lifestyle infrastructure.

The proposed developments are planned to include luxury apartments, villas and residential plots, alongside commercial spaces, shopping complexes, restaurants and cafés. The projects are also expected to feature clubhouses, swimming pools, gyms, dedicated play areas and landscaped gardens. Educational institutions, healthcare facilities, round-the-clock security and wider roads with improved connectivity form part of the broader development plan.

According to Esha Group, its projects will follow a themed township model that integrates residential and commercial spaces with everyday lifestyle requirements. The company aims to bring shopping, dining, education, healthcare and entertainment facilities closer to residents within or around the developments.

Brijesh Singh, Founder, Esha Group, says Lucknow offers significant potential for real estate development and that the company aims to deliver homes in well-connected locations supported by community and lifestyle facilities. He adds that the group plans to expand into other cities across Uttar Pradesh before entering additional markets across the country.

The group’s operations are led by Anurag Bajpai, who has more than two decades of experience in the real estate sector. Bajpai, who serves as CMD of Esha Group, says the company intends to focus on project quality, planning and timely delivery while adding further developments in Lucknow as part of its expansion strategy.

Esha Group plans to complete and hand over its Lucknow projects over the next five years. According to the company, the developments are expected to generate direct and indirect employment opportunities for approximately 2,500 people. The group also plans to expand its real estate operations to other cities in Uttar Pradesh before entering major markets across India.
