H&H Begins Construction on 32 Luxury Villas in Dubai Hills

H&H begins construction of Eden House Dubai Hills, a 32-villa luxury residential community designed by Hopkins Architects, featuring landscaped green spaces, private gardens, swimming pools and hospitality-inspired living.

Dubai-based real estate developer H&H marks the groundbreaking of Eden House Dubai Hills, a boutique residential community comprising 32 luxury villas in Dubai Hills. With construction works commencing under the main contractor Dutco Construction, the project moves into its development phase, combining contemporary architecture, landscaped surroundings and hospitality-inspired residential living.

Designed by Hopkins Architects, the development features five- and six-bedroom villas with a total gross floor area of approximately 209,292 square feet. The masterplan integrates landscaped green spaces and pedestrian-friendly surroundings to create a residential environment focused on privacy, wellbeing and a connection with nature.

Each villa features a private garden, swimming pool and spacious indoor and outdoor living areas. Large glazed frontages maximise natural light and provide views of the surrounding landscape, while stone-textured precast concrete and metal detailing contribute to the contemporary architectural design.

The interiors are designed by H&H’s in-house interior design team, with materials such as marble and wood creating a warm, understated aesthetic. The design approach balances functionality with refined finishes to support comfortable everyday living.

The development reflects the Eden House brand’s hospitality-led residential philosophy, which emphasises considered design, resident wellbeing and community engagement. Its low-density layout and landscaped spaces aim to provide residents with a quieter living environment while retaining access to Dubai Hills’ wider lifestyle and urban amenities.
