Hilton Signs Two Bengaluru Hotel Deals with Kalyani Group

Hilton signs agreements with Kalyani Group for two Bengaluru hotels under the Conrad and Hilton brands, adding 600 rooms and more than 72,000 sq ft of event space, with both properties scheduled to open in 2030.

Hilton signs agreements with Bengaluru-based Kalyani Group to develop two new hotels under its Conrad Hotels & Resorts and Hilton Hotels & Resorts brands, adding a combined 600 rooms to its portfolio in the city. The properties are scheduled to open in 2030 and strengthen Hilton’s presence in Bengaluru, its largest Indian market by hotel count.

The development comprises Conrad Bengaluru Airport and Hilton Bengaluru Airport, with each hotel planned to feature 300 rooms. The two properties are being developed as a cluster at KIADB Hi-Tech Defence and Aerospace Park, an emerging commercial, technology, aerospace and business hub. The location is approximately 20 minutes from Kempegowda International Airport, positioning the hotels to serve both business and leisure travellers.

The hotels will include multiple dining venues, meeting and event facilities, wellness amenities and other guest services. Together, the properties will offer more than 72,000 sq ft of event space, enabling the development to target conferences, corporate gatherings, social events and other large-scale meetings.

The signing marks a continuation of Hilton’s relationship with Kalyani Group following the opening of DoubleTree by Hilton Bengaluru Whitefield in 2024. The latest agreement expands the partnership into luxury and full-service hospitality, bringing Conrad and Hilton Hotels & Resorts together within the same destination.

Conrad Bengaluru Airport will become the second Conrad property in Bengaluru. The brand currently operates hotels in Bengaluru and Pune, while Conrad Jaipur is also under development. The new property is expected to strengthen Conrad’s presence in one of India’s major business and technology centres.

Hilton Hotels & Resorts currently operates eight properties in India, including hotels in Bengaluru, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai, Gurugram, Jaipur and Goa, with another 11 properties under development across the country. The company is targeting more than 400 hotels in India over the next decade.

The expansion comes as Bengaluru continues to attract demand from technology, aerospace, business travel and international connectivity. The airport-led location and extensive MICE infrastructure position the two hotels to cater to the city’s growing corporate and leisure hospitality requirements.

For Kalyani Group, the project represents a further expansion of its hospitality portfolio and builds on its existing partnership with Hilton. The company says the development is intended to contribute to Bengaluru’s evolving hospitality landscape while providing branded accommodation and event infrastructure near the airport and the city’s emerging business corridors.
