Hiranandani Communities and Krisala Developers announce a 97-acre luxury golf township in Nagpur, featuring villas, townhouses and premium plots, with an estimated revenue potential of ₹2,100 crore.
Hiranandani Communities and Krisala Developers announce plans to develop a 97-acre luxury golf course township in Nagpur, marking their entry into the city’s real estate market. The project has an estimated revenue potential of ₹2,100 crore and will offer luxury villas, townhouses and residential plots across approximately 2.1 million square feet.
Located on the outskirts of Nagpur near the Ring Road and Samruddhi Mahamarg, the township aims to attract high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNIs) seeking premium residential properties and lifestyle-oriented developments. The location provides connectivity to key parts of the city and the Mumbai–Nagpur expressway corridor.

A key feature of the development is a proposed 16-acre, nine-hole golf course, which will form the centrepiece of the residential community. The project will also include 51 ultra-luxury plots and two clubhouses spanning a combined 42,000 square feet. The planned mix of housing formats is intended to cater to buyers seeking independent homes and customised residential spaces within a planned township.
The development will operate under Eleva by Hiranandani Communities, the group’s development management platform, with Krisala Developers serving as the development partner. The companies plan to complete the first phase within three years and the overall project within five years. The development remains at the planning stage, with the partners working towards obtaining the necessary approvals before applying for registration with the Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (MahaRERA).
Niranjan Hiranandani, chairman and managing director of Hiranandani Communities, says the project will contribute to regional investment, employment and social infrastructure. He adds that the company will continue to expand through integrated townships, redevelopment, joint development and joint ventures.
Aakash Agarwal, managing director of Krisala Developers, says the Nagpur entry supports the company’s geographic diversification strategy and its focus on premium residential developments.

The project marks the second major collaboration between the two companies. In February 2025, they announced a 105-acre integrated township in Pune with an estimated value of ₹7,000 crore. Their Nagpur venture extends the partnership into another market as developers explore opportunities beyond established metropolitan centres.
With its golf course, luxury housing options and planned community facilities, the proposed township adds to Nagpur’s emerging premium residential segment while strengthening both developers’ presence in Maharashtra.
