Prestige Estates Launches 1,750 Cr Parklane in Bengaluru

Prestige Estates launches Prestige Parklane in Devanahalli, North Bengaluru, with 1,788 apartments across 11.9 acres and an estimated gross development value of ₹1,750 crore.

Prestige Estates Projects launches Prestige Parklane, a new residential development in Devanahalli, North Bengaluru, with an estimated gross development value (GDV) of around ₹1,750 crore. The project is located within KIADB Aerospace Park Phase 2 and adds to the developer’s growing residential portfolio in the city. 

The development spans approximately 11.9 acres and comprises 1,788 residential apartments distributed across nine towers. The project offers one-, two- and three-bedroom homes, catering to different segments of homebuyers seeking residences in North Bengaluru.

Each tower is planned with three basement levels, a ground floor and 24 upper floors. The project is registered under Karnataka RERA, with the proposed completion date set for December 31, 2030.

Prestige Parklane is positioned within the KIADB Hi-Tech, Defence and Aerospace Park, an emerging employment corridor with a growing presence of aerospace, defence, technology and manufacturing companies. Its location in Devanahalli also places the project within Bengaluru’s wider Airport Corridor, with connectivity to Kempegowda International Airport and surrounding business hubs.

The residential development is planned around landscaped open spaces and a central community zone. Its amenity offering includes a clubhouse, swimming pools, sports courts, gymnasium, jogging tracks, children's play areas and spaces for community activities.
