Qube Development Launches Sawa Waterfront Residences in Dubai

Qube Development launches Sawa Residences in Dubai’s Meydan Horizon, featuring one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, direct access to crystal lagoons and a landscaped waterfront promenade.

Qube Development has launched Sawa Residences at Meydan Horizon within Mohammed Bin Rashid City (MBR City), Dubai, introducing a waterfront residential project with direct access to crystal lagoons and landscaped outdoor spaces. The development is positioned within a prominent plot in MBR City’s wider 54-million-square-foot destination, offering residents access to an extensive waterfront setting.

The project features one of the largest lagoon frontages in the Meydan Horizon district, with access to two kilometres of crystal lagoons and a four-kilometre landscaped promenade. Designed as a lower-density residential enclave, Sawa Residences incorporates contemporary architectural lines and tropical greenery to maximise natural light, open views and connections with the surrounding waterfront.

The development follows Qube Development’s “Meant to Be” design philosophy, which focuses on working with the natural contours of the land rather than imposing rigid structures. Sawa Residences will offer a collection of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. According to the developer, the layouts prioritise functionality, natural illumination and quality finishes. Each residence will also feature premium kitchen appliances and integrated smart home systems, bringing modern technology and convenience into everyday living.

Commenting on the launch, Egor Molchanov, CEO of Qube Development, says the project capitalises on the availability of prime waterfront land in Meydan Horizon. He highlights its direct lagoon access, connectivity and location within one of MBR City’s emerging waterfront districts as key aspects of the development.
