The approvals expand the pipeline of regulated real estate development across Uttar Pradesh, with projects spanning residential housing, commercial spaces and mixed-use properties. The proposed investments are also expected to support construction-related activity and create opportunities for workers and businesses involved in building materials, transportation, engineering and allied services.

UP RERA says approved projects must comply with the provisions of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act and meet the prescribed development timelines. The authority continues to monitor project progress and regulatory compliance to promote transparency and accountability in the state’s property market.

The latest approvals reflect ongoing development activity beyond major metropolitan centres, with cities such as Lucknow, Varanasi and Mathura attracting investment in new residential supply. By approving projects across eight districts, UP RERA aims to facilitate planned development while ensuring that promoters adhere to regulatory requirements and completion commitments.
