Vega Group Launches Adonia in Mysuru with Low-Density Plotted Living

Vega Group launches Vega Adonia in Vijayanagar, Mysuru, featuring 30 premium villa plots across two phases, landscaped spaces, and lifestyle amenities and gated community infrastructure.

Vega Group has launched Vega Adonia, a premium plotted residential development in Vijayanagar 4th Stage, Mysuru. The project is planned as a low-density gated community comprising 30 premium villa plots across two phases, with a focus on landscaped spaces, pedestrian-friendly planning and lifestyle-oriented amenities.

The development is approved by the Mysuru Urban Development Authority (MUDA) and registered under the Karnataka Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA), with registration number PRM/KA/RERA/1268/378/PR/181025/008183. The project is designed to offer homebuyers the flexibility to build customised residences within a professionally planned community.

Vega Adonia incorporates a structured road network with 9.15-metre and 12-metre driveways, dedicated pedestrian pathways and landscaped areas. The entrance features controlled access, accent paving, curated plantation and green pockets, creating a defined arrival experience while maintaining an emphasis on open spaces and movement.

The project includes several recreational and community amenities. These comprise a landscaped courtyard, jogging track, pedestrian promenades, children's play area, meditation corner and dedicated senior citizen space. Additional facilities include a party lawn, barbecue area, skating rink and multipurpose court, providing spaces for recreation, wellness and community interaction.

Infrastructure at Vega Adonia includes underground utilities and drainage, LED lighting, controlled entry and 24/7 security systems. The development also incorporates materials such as granite, concrete and modular pavers, alongside landscaped green pockets and pedestrian-oriented areas.

Located in Vijayanagar, one of Mysuru's established residential areas, the project provides access to educational institutions, healthcare facilities, IT parks and the airport. The location is also positioned to benefit from the city's continuing infrastructure development and residential expansion.
