Bhumika Realty expects its cumulative land investment in Faridabad to exceed ₹1,000 crore by March 2027, following investments of over ₹550 crore in the past year as it expands its residential, plotted and mixed-use portfolio.
Delhi-NCR-based Bhumika Realty plans to increase its cumulative land investment in Faridabad to more than ₹1,000 crore by March 2027, strengthening its presence in the region’s real estate market. The company has invested over ₹550 crore in land acquisitions in the city during the past 12 months and intends to expand across residential, plotted and mixed-use developments.
The expansion is supported by institutional funding arrangements and the company’s assessment of Faridabad’s long-term growth potential. Bhumika Realty has acquired land across multiple sectors, with its plotted development in Sector 114 receiving a development licence and awaiting registration with the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HRERA).

As part of its development strategy, the company has opened a 15,000-square-foot experience centre at ICON, its flagship mixed-use project on Delhi–Mathura Road. The centre features a sample apartment, while construction at the development is underway.
ICON combines retail and residential components, with plans for a mall offering approximately seven lakh square feet of development potential and a residential tower comprising 88 luxury apartments. The project has secured around one lakh square feet of retail leasing, with brands including Lifestyle, PVR INOX, Samsung and an Apple reseller among its tenants.
The company’s growth strategy also includes institutional partnerships. It has a ₹170 crore funding arrangement with BGO for ICON and a ₹500 crore platform with Blackstone-backed ASK Property Fund for plotted development opportunities. An initial ₹125 crore investment under the ASK platform has been deployed in Faridabad.
Bhumika Realty is also preparing to launch plotted township developments in different parts of the city. Its Sector 114 project is among the developments planned as the company broadens its residential land portfolio.

Improving connectivity between Faridabad and the wider National Capital Region, along with ongoing infrastructure development, supports the company’s investment outlook. These factors are expected to influence residential demand and the development of new communities across the city.
The planned investment reflects Bhumika Realty’s strategy of building a diversified real estate portfolio through institutional partnerships and phased development. Its execution will depend on project approvals, regulatory clearances and the progress of construction and launches.
