Dubai's Havencia Adds 286 New Homes as ALA Starts Construction

ALA Developments begins construction of Havencia, a 286-unit residential project in Dubai Land Residence Complex, with studios and one- and two-bedroom homes scheduled for completion in Q2 2028.

ALA Developments breaks ground on Havencia, a 286-unit residential development in Dubai Land Residence Complex (DLRC), marking the start of construction on its second project in Dubai. The development is scheduled for completion in the second quarter of 2028 and is being built on a 34,057 sq ft plot.

Havencia comprises studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments and is designed to cater to both families and investors. The project introduces flexible studio layouts that can be converted into one-bedroom apartments, making it the first development in DLRC to offer this configuration, according to ALA Developments.

The development combines residential spaces with a range of lifestyle and community amenities. The entrance lobby features a business lounge and library, while the podium level includes a splash pad, butterfly garden, koi pond and jogging track. Rooftop facilities include a Technogym-equipped gym, golf simulator, barbecue area, open-air cinema and party hall.

Apartments are planned with fitted kitchen cabinetry, built-in Siemens appliances, built-in wardrobes and Alexa-enabled smart-home technology. ALA Developments says the project is positioned to provide residents with access to major road networks, schools, retail destinations, metro connectivity and leisure facilities across Dubai.

The groundbreaking ceremony takes place on October 1 at the Havencia site and is attended by ALA Developments’ leadership, employees, investors, brokers and other invited guests. Chairman Hassan Raza, Head of Consortium Abbas S.Z., CEO Syed Zaman Abbas and Mohammed Haidar participate in the ceremonial proceedings.

Havencia follows Creek Views at Al Jaddaf Waterfront, ALA Developments’ debut Dubai project. Creek Views comprises 108 residences, including one- and two-bedroom apartments and four-bedroom penthouses, with handover scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2026.
