Prominent Delhi-NCR property developer Gaurs Group has successfully sold out its latest residential venture, Gaur Alaris, clocking a total sales value of ₹1,800 crore. The realty firm liquidated the entire inventory of 1,088 residential flats within weeks of entering the market, pointing to enduring homebuyer appetite in the National Capital Region’s peripheral growth belts.

Situated across a 12-acre parcel in Sector 22D along the Yamuna Expressway, the project links Noida and Greater Noida with Agra. The development was officially brought to market in early August, and the rapid absorption of all units within roughly two months underscores the evolving status of the Yamuna Expressway from an infrastructure-led transit stretch into a primary residential corridor.
