HoABL Launches Luxury Villas in Mashobra Near Shimla

House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL) expands into Himachal Pradesh’s luxury second-home market with the launch of The Ridge, an ultra-luxury villa development in Mashobra, approximately 10 kilometres from Shimla. Spread across 11.5 acres at an elevation of around 7,000 feet, the project targets high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth buyers seeking premium residences in a mountain setting. Villa prices start at ₹9.5 crore.

The development features a limited collection of three- and four-bedroom villas, combining residential ownership with hospitality services and wellness-focused amenities. The company positions the project around longevity-led living, bringing together nature, privacy and premium services for buyers seeking second homes that support extended stays and family retreats.

The project plans to offer a clubhouse spanning more than 25,000 square feet. Everly Hotels & Resorts is expected to manage hospitality services, including villa management, private dining, curated Himalayan experiences and day-to-day assistance. These offerings are designed to combine the privacy of individual homes with hotel-style services.

Commenting on the launch, Abhinandan Lodha, chairman of HoABL, says the development extends the company’s philosophy of creating elevated living experiences. He highlights the opportunity to bring families closer to nature while offering high standards of residential comfort and personalised services.
