Royal Green Realty Launches World City Project in Rohtak

Royal Green Realty and Riverwood India unveil Royal Green World City in Rohtak, featuring a 50,000 sq ft clubhouse, more than 40 lifestyle amenities and a master-planned residential environment designed around recreation, connectivity and community living.

Royal Green Realty and Riverwood India unveil Royal Green World City, an integrated township in Rohtak, Haryana, aimed at bringing organised residential infrastructure and lifestyle amenities closer to local homebuyers. The development introduces a planned residential environment that combines open spaces, recreation, sports facilities and community-oriented infrastructure.

The project features a 50,000 sq ft clubhouse designed as the township’s central destination for fitness, leisure and social interaction. Planned facilities include a gym, health spa, squash and badminton courts, indoor games, a business centre, a multipurpose hall and a café.

The development also offers more than 40 curated amenities catering to different age groups and interests. Royal Green World City is registered with the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority under registration number HRERA-PKL-ROH-982-2026. The project is located in Village Dobh, Sector 21-E, Rohtak, and its RERA filing lists March 31, 2031, as the proposed completion date.
