Apeejay Park Hotels Signs Zone Connect in Bharatpur

Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels signs a 63-key Zone Connect by The Park in Bharatpur, expanding its presence in emerging tourism destinations with hospitality and social spaces.

Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels Limited (ASPHL) signs a hotel management agreement (HMA) for the upcoming Zone Connect by The Park Bharatpur, Rajasthan, strengthening the brand’s presence across emerging leisure and tourism destinations in India. The 63-key property is being developed in partnership with Kishori Hotels Pvt Ltd and is expected to open in the third quarter of 2026.

The hotel is strategically located around 3 km from Keoladeo National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Bharatpur’s prominent tourism attractions. The property also provides access to the city’s heritage landmarks, including Lohagarh Fort and the Government Museum; both located approximately 7 km away. Its location enables travellers to explore other destinations such as Fatehpur Sikri, Mathura, Vrindavan and the Taj Mahal in Agra, which are situated within roughly 55 km.

Zone Connect by The Park Bharatpur is designed to cater to both leisure travellers and social occasions. The property will feature Café C, an all-day dining restaurant, along with a banquet hall and landscaped lawns intended for weddings, celebrations and other social gatherings. Guests will also have access to Plunge, the property’s swimming pool.

According to Vikas Ahluwalia, AVP and national head – Zone by The Park Hotels, the Bharatpur property is positioned to bring the brand’s contemporary design and social-oriented approach to a destination that combines nature, heritage and leisure. The hotel is also expected to support destination weddings and other social events through its flexible banqueting spaces.

Himanshu Goyal, director, Kishori Hotels Pvt Ltd, says the partnership is aimed at adding a contemporary hospitality offering to Bharatpur while creating spaces that appeal to both visitors and the local community.

The new signing adds to ASPHL’s growing Zone Connect portfolio. The company currently operates five hospitality brands, including THE Park, THE Park Collection, Zone by The Park, Zone Connect by The Park and Stop by Zone.
