Brigade Group partners with Hyatt Hotels Corporation to develop two Hyatt Regency hotels in Bengaluru, adding approximately 600 rooms across Brigade Global Park and Whitefield-Kadugodi Road, with extensive dining, business and event facilities.
Brigade Group signs management agreements with Hyatt Hotels Corporation to develop two new Hyatt Regency hotels in Bengaluru, adding approximately 600 rooms to the city’s hospitality pipeline. The properties will be located within Brigade Global Park and an upcoming integrated township on Whitefield-Kadugodi Road, expanding the developer’s hospitality portfolio through large-scale mixed-use developments.
The first property, Hyatt Regency Bengaluru at Brigade Global Park, will feature approximately 350 guest rooms and suites. Brigade Estates and Projects Private Limited, an entity of Brigade Group, signs the management agreement for the hotel. The property will be part of Brigade Global Park, a 25-acre integrated advanced engineering and business ecosystem. It will include multiple dining destinations and approximately 25,000 square feet of meeting and event facilities, catering to corporate travellers, business meetings and social gatherings.

The second property, Hyatt Regency Bengaluru on Whitefield-Kadugodi Road, will offer approximately 250 guest rooms and suites. Ananthay Properties Private Limited, another Brigade Group entity, signs the management agreement for the hotel, which will form part of a premium mixed-use development. Its planned facilities include extensive food and beverage options, a ballroom spanning more than 1,000 square metres, a large pre-function area and additional meeting spaces.
Both hotels are expected to feature all-day dining restaurants, speciality restaurants, grab-and-go offerings, rooftop bars, pool bars, fitness facilities and flexible event spaces. The facilities are designed to serve business travellers, meetings and events, social celebrations and leisure guests.
Vikas Chawla, president of India and Southwest Asia at Hyatt, says Bengaluru remains a strategic market for the hospitality group because of demand across business travel, meetings and events. The two agreements support Hyatt’s expansion strategy in key Indian destinations.

Nirupa Shankar, joint managing director of Brigade Enterprises Limited, says the projects strengthen the group’s hospitality portfolio and reflect its approach to integrating multiple property segments within larger developments.
The agreements deepen the relationship between Brigade Group and Hyatt while adding branded accommodation to two growing commercial and mixed-use locations in Bengaluru. The developments are expected to contribute to the city’s hospitality infrastructure and broaden its capacity to accommodate corporate travel, events and leisure stays.
