Ramee Group of Hotels expands its leisure portfolio with a 70-key resort in Dapoli, Maharashtra, featuring Arabian Sea views, wellness amenities, coastal dining and indoor and outdoor event venues.
Ramee Group of Hotels announces a new 70-key resort in Dapoli, Maharashtra, expanding its leisure hospitality portfolio along the Konkan coast. The property comprises premium rooms and serviced apartments, with every accommodation unit offering views of the Arabian Sea. The resort is being developed in partnership with Agatsya Hospitality, a subsidiary of Phatak Developers.
The project targets leisure travellers, families and groups seeking coastal getaways within reach of major urban centres, including Mumbai, Pune and Nashik. Dapoli’s coastal setting and accessibility from these cities position it as a destination for weekend breaks, family holidays and longer leisure stays.

These amenities are designed to accommodate guests looking for relaxation, recreation and family-oriented experiences.
The property also incorporates indoor and outdoor banqueting spaces for corporate retreats, social celebrations and destination weddings. The event facilities broaden its potential appeal beyond individual holidaymakers, allowing it to cater to private functions and group gatherings.
Saurabh Gahoi, Senior Vice President – India at Ramee Group of Hotels, says the Dapoli development marks an important milestone in the group’s resort portfolio. He highlights the company’s focus on immersive hospitality experiences and the destination’s potential to serve travellers from Maharashtra’s major cities.
Akshay Phatak, owner of Agatsya Hospitality, says the partnership supports efforts to strengthen tourism and introduce organised hospitality offerings to the Konkan region. The collaboration combines the developer’s regional presence with Ramee Group’s hotel operating expertise.
