UGREEN HA100 Brings Local AI and Private Storage Home

UGREEN launches Home Agent HA100, an AI-powered home hub combining local AI processing, private storage, and security and smart-device control through a unified connected-home platform.

UGREEN has launched Home Agent HA100, an AI-powered home hub designed to bring local artificial intelligence, private storage, home security and smart-device management together within a single connected-home system. The device is introduced as part of the company’s Smart Living strategy, addressing the growing complexity of managing multiple smart devices, applications and cloud-based services.

Powered  by UGREEN’s UGOS Pro operating system, the HA100 functions as a central intelligence and storage hub for the home. It combines local computing capabilities with AI-powered security, voice interaction and support for compatible third-party smart-home devices, enabling users to manage several connected functions through one platform.

A key feature of HomeAgent is its local AI processing capability, which delivers up to 26 TOPS of AI performance. By handling supported AI workloads locally, the system is designed to keep more personal information within the home while reducing dependence on remote cloud processing. Certain functions may continue to rely on cloud services, but local computing and data management remain central to the platform.

HomeAgent also introduces Uliya, UGREEN’s voice assistant, which provides a conversational interface for supported functions. Users can issue voice commands to interact with HomeAgent, review supported security events and control compatible smart-home products without switching between multiple applications.

For home security, the HA100 works with compatible UGREEN SynCare cameras to generate AI-based event summaries and enable keyword searches through the UGREEN NAS App. Its Highlight Moments feature can identify notable moments from supported recordings and automatically create highlight videos, allowing users to revisit selected memories without manually reviewing extensive footage.

The HA100 also serves as a central storage platform for compatible photos, videos and files. It features three SATA drive bays that allow users to configure compatible NAS drives for storage and surveillance recording, with drives available separately.

For broader smart-home connectivity, HomeAgent supports Matter-compatible devices, including lights, switches, sensors, smart plugs, smart locks, curtains and robot vacuums. This enables supported products from different manufacturers to be managed through a more unified ecosystem.
