Accor partners with Cityview Developments to introduce 690 branded residences across Mövenpick Residences Dubai Motor City and Pullman Residences & Offices Dubai Meydan, with openings planned for 2028 and 2029.
Global hospitality group Accor signs an agreement with UAE-based Cityview Developments to introduce two branded residential projects in Dubai: Mövenpick Residences Dubai Motor City and Pullman Residences & Offices Dubai Meydan. Together, the developments add 690 branded residences to the partners’ portfolio and expand their collaboration following the Hyde Residences Dubai Hills project.
The projects represent new milestones for Accor’s branded real estate business. Mövenpick Residences Dubai Motor City is positioned as the world’s first standalone Mövenpick-branded residential development and the first branded residence project in Dubai Motor City. Meanwhile, Pullman Residences & Offices Dubai Meydan introduces Accor’s first branded offices for sale globally.

Both developments operate under Accor One Living, the group’s platform for the development, design and management of mixed-use projects and branded residential communities. Owners will also receive benefits through the Accor Owner Benefits Programme, including elevated status in the ALL Accor loyalty programme and privileges at participating hotels and resorts worldwide.
Scheduled to open in 2028, Mövenpick Residences Dubai Motor City comprises 408 homes, including studios and one- and two-bedroom apartments. The development combines hospitality-led services with residential living in an established, family-oriented community.
Planned amenities include a fitness centre, indoor and outdoor lounges, a padel court, barbecue areas, pet grooming facilities, a children’s club and multiple swimming pools. The project aims to integrate wellness, social interaction and convenience into everyday living.
Accor says branded residences are expanding beyond the traditional luxury segment, creating opportunities to introduce hospitality services and lifestyle benefits to a wider range of homeowners.
Scheduled to open in 2029, Pullman Residences & Offices Dubai Meydan combines 282 branded residences and office spaces. The residential mix includes one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom units.
Facilities are expected to include meeting and event spaces, a screening room, games room, outdoor children’s area, padel court, three food and beverage concepts, and fitness and wellness facilities.

The branded office component extends Pullman’s hospitality approach into commercial real estate, bringing service-oriented workplace concepts into a mixed-use destination. Accor says the project reflects changing preferences for integrated environments that combine living, working and lifestyle amenities.
The two developments strengthen Accor and Cityview Developments’ presence in Dubai’s expanding branded residential market, where hospitality brands increasingly combine property ownership with services, amenities and access to wider loyalty networks.
