Emaar Unveils New Ultra-Luxury Waterfront Tower in Dubai

Emaar launches Address The Bay at Emaar Beachfront, a 182-key luxury hotel in Dubai Harbour, featuring waterfront access, a 523-sq-m pool deck and six dining and lounge concepts.

Emaar Properties has unveiled Address the Bay at Emaar Beachfront, an ultra-luxury high-rise waterfront development located within Dubai Harbour. The new property is positioned as a premium hospitality destination combining beachfront access, high-end accommodation and a range of dining and leisure facilities. It is scheduled to open in 2027.

The 182-key property is set in Emaar Beachfront, giving guests direct access to the waterfront while placing them close to Dubai Marina and the wider leisure, retail and entertainment offerings of the city. The development adds another luxury hospitality destination to Dubai’s expanding waterfront real estate and tourism landscape.

Address The Bay is designed around a resort-style experience, with a 523-square-metre main pool deck featuring cabana seating. The pool area is intended to provide residents and guests with an outdoor setting connected to the property’s waterfront location. The project also includes six dining and lounge concepts, covering all-day dining, poolside refreshments and a club lounge experience.

The development forms part of Emaar’s wider expansion of its luxury hospitality portfolio across the UAE and the region. The company is also advancing new Address-branded properties in other destinations, including Address Diriyah in Riyadh and Address Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah. Address Diriyah is planned to open in 2028 with 204 hotel keys and 60 serviced apartments, while Address Al Marjan Island is expected to feature 196 keys and open in the same year.

The launch comes as Emaar continues to expand its presence across Dubai’s premium residential, hospitality and mixed-use sectors. The developer has also outlined plans for a large-scale AED 200 billion master-planned development in Dubai, comprising residential towers, villas, mansions, commercial offices, retail, hospitality and community facilities.

With its high-rise format, beachfront setting, resort-oriented amenities and proximity to established leisure destinations, Address The Bay is set to add to Dubai Harbour’s growing portfolio of luxury waterfront developments when it opens in 2027.
