Embassy Developments Sells 477 Bengaluru Homes for Rs 1,800 Cr

Embassy Developments records over ₹1,800 crore in pre-sales by booking 477 homes within a week of launching its 85-acre township, Embassy Origins, in North Bengaluru, driven by robust luxury housing demand.

Real estate developer Embassy Developments has achieved pre-sales exceeding ₹1,800 crore at its newly launched integrated township project, "Embassy Origins," located in North Bengaluru. The milestone highlights continued strong appetite for premium and luxury housing across the city’s key growth corridors.

In a regulatory filing on Monday, the developer stated that the sales were recorded within just one week of the project’s official launch on September 16. The initial surge led to bookings for 477 residential units, accounting for more than 10 lakh (1 million) square feet of saleable area and representing an absorption rate of roughly 62% of the inventory released in the opening phase.

Spread over 85 acres near Yelahanka and in close proximity to Kempegowda International Airport, the first phase of Embassy Origins comprises two RERA-registered developments: Embassy Riverine, which features 217 luxury villas, and Embassy South Reserve, housing 855 contemporary apartments. Combined, the two projects encompass approximately 2.6 million square feet of residential space. The developer previously projected an overall revenue potential of ₹4,500 crore from these initial launches.

Commenting on the sales momentum, Reeza Sebastian, Chief Revenue Officer for Residential Business at Embassy Developments, highlighted that the reception reinforces confidence in the company’s cash flows and operational trajectory for the current financial year. She noted that the firm intends to build on this performance as it prepares subsequent phases for Embassy Origins alongside other planned residential rollouts across North Bengaluru.
