In Lucknow, the group plans to develop an ultra-luxury residential project in Vibhuti Khand, along with an approximately 200-key premium hotel. The company's Lucknow residential development, Ganpati Capital Court, is registered with the Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority. The project is located in Pocket F, Vibhuti Khand, Gomti Nagar, and has a declared completion date of November 2030.
In Visakhapatnam, Ganpati Group plans to develop a 100-room business hotel, marking the company's entry into South India. The project will add to its hospitality portfolio as the group looks to establish operations across multiple Indian markets.
Nikhil Agrawal, Managing Director of Ganpati Group, said the company is working toward building a more diversified, pan-India platform spanning residential and hospitality businesses. He said the group's expansion into Lucknow and Visakhapatnam is intended to establish a presence in markets where long-term economic development can support demand for real estate and hospitality projects.
The investment plan forms part of the group's wider hospitality expansion. Over the next three to five years, Ganpati Group plans to add approximately 800 to 1,000 hotel keys to its hospitality portfolio. The expansion is expected to increase its presence in both established and emerging urban markets.
