The project is designed by Sohrab Dalal, co-founder of DPA, and incorporates a range of features aimed at improving workplace efficiency and occupant experience. A dedicated amenity zone, known as The Hub, includes conference facilities, a wellness centre and food and beverage offerings.
The development also incorporates sustainability and wellness-focused elements. Its design includes a climate-responsive façade, biophilic sky terraces, rainwater harvesting, advanced air filtration and solar integration. Landmark One is pursuing LEED and IGBC certifications as part of its focus on environmental performance and sustainable commercial development.
The project’s location on Golf Course Extension Road provides connectivity to several major commercial and transportation hubs. AeroCity and the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway are accessible from the development, while Gurugram’s Cyber City and Indira Gandhi International Airport are also within convenient driving distance.
Sandeep Chhillar, Chairman of Landmark Group, says the ₹330 crore financing marks an important milestone for Landmark One. He adds that SBI’s backing strengthens the company’s confidence in the project and provides a strong foundation for construction and execution.

The financing comes amid continued momentum in India’s commercial real estate market. Office absorption reaches around 66.4 million sq ft during the first nine months of 2026, an 8% year-on-year increase and the strongest nine-month performance on record, according to CBRE data cited by Hindustan Times. Global Capability Centres account for around 28 million sq ft of leasing during the period, representing 42% of overall absorption.
Against this backdrop, Landmark One positions itself as a Grade A+ commercial development targeting businesses seeking large-format offices, modern amenities and access to Gurugram’s expanding business corridors.
