LG Electronics Opens First AI Home Showroom in Saudi Arabia

LG Electronics opens its first dedicated AI Home experience zone in the Middle East at a Dubai showroom, allowing consumers to experience connected appliances, smart automation and energy management in real-home settings.

LG Electronics, in partnership with Al Yousuf Electronics, opens a new LG AI Home showroom on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai, introducing the Middle East’s first dedicated LG AI Home experience zone. The showroom provides consumers with an interactive environment to experience connected home technologies and AI-powered appliances.

The new facility is designed around a lifestyle-oriented setting rather than a conventional product display. Visitors can explore LG’s portfolio across cooling, laundry, kitchen and air solutions, including refrigerators, washing machines, dishwashers, microwaves, vacuum cleaners and built-in appliances. The setup demonstrates how connected technologies can integrate into everyday household routines.

A central feature of the showroom is the dedicated LG AI Home experience zone, developed in collaboration with Schneider Electric. The platform combines LG’s AI-enabled appliances with Schneider Electric’s home automation and energy management technologies to demonstrate a more integrated smart-home environment.

Visitors can interact directly with AI-powered features covering cooling, laundry, kitchen and air solutions. The experience showcases how LG’s AI ecosystem can learn from household routines, adapt to individual preferences and optimise aspects of the home environment. Energy management and automation are also incorporated into the experience, highlighting the potential for smarter and more efficient residential living.

The showroom also provides trained LG home solutions consultants who guide visitors through the product range and offer recommendations based on individual requirements. This approach allows consumers to experience the technologies before incorporating them into their own homes.

The launch follows LG’s broader push to expand AI-powered home solutions across the Middle East and Africa. At its InnoFest 2026 MEA event, the company demonstrated its broader “Zero Labor Home” vision, using connected appliances, sensors and AI to simplify household tasks and enable conversational interaction through its smart-home ecosystem.

The Dubai showroom therefore represents more than a retail expansion, positioning AI-powered home technology as an experiential offering for consumers. By combining appliances, automation and energy management in a single environment, LG strengthens its focus on connected living and supports the growing adoption of smart-home technologies across the region.
