Rustomjee Adds 58-Storey Tower to La Vie in Thane

Rustomjee launches a new premium residential tower at La Vie in Thane, developed in partnership with Keppel. The tower adds to the eight-tower community, featuring upscale homes, landscaped green spaces and resort-style amenities.

Rustomjee Group launches a new residential tower at La Vie, its premium housing development in Thane, Maharashtra, in partnership with Keppel. The latest addition strengthens the developer’s presence in the region’s residential market and expands its integrated community, which combines contemporary homes with landscaped open spaces and lifestyle amenities.

La Vie forms part of Rustomjee’s larger Uptown Urbania Township, spread across more than 100 acres. The residential development covers approximately 8.5 acres and is planned as an eight-tower community, with buildings rising up to 55 storeys. The project is designed to offer a resort-inspired living environment, with an emphasis on open spaces, recreational facilities and community-oriented planning.

The development features residences designed to maximise space, ventilation and natural light. Green spaces form a central part of the La Vie master plan. A 2.2-acre central park anchors the development, complemented by recreational facilities distributed across ground-level spaces, dedicated amenity floors and rooftop areas. Planned and existing amenities include a swimming pool, children’s water zones, fitness facilities, Jacuzzi pods, party spaces and designated areas for outdoor relaxation.

La Vie also benefits from its location within the wider Uptown Urbania Township, which includes Rustomjee Cambridge International School, an operational fire station, the Tri Mandir and planned healthcare facilities, alongside commercial and retail spaces.
