The Saltstayz Premier in Bengaluru offers a dining facility which accommodates 50 people throughout the day. This facility is perfect for corporate meetings and training programmes.
This is part of Saltstayz’ overall expansion plan, where the firm plans to spread out to commercial and travel locations throughout India. This establishment will enable Saltstayz to have a presence in a new region while expanding its Premier Chain beyond what they currently offer.
The company uses the asset-light partnership business model, which allows it to expand into different markets by making partnerships with hotels and ensuring standards of operations at their properties. According to Saltstayz, the company is able to expand fast in response to market demand using this business model.
Saltstayz was established in 2022 by Gaurav Gupta, Nishant Tripathi, and Sandeep Goyal. It offers services in the affordable premium and mid-premium segment. The company has opted for an expansion strategy based on demand, where it utilises long-term lease contracts, revenue sharing and management contracts.
