Accor and CITYVIEW Developments sign an agreement for 408 Mövenpick Residences in Dubai Motor City, with the standalone project featuring studios, one- and two-bedroom homes and hospitality-led amenities.
Accor and Dubai-based CITYVIEW Developments have signed an agreement to develop Movenpick Residences Dubai Motor City, marking the entry of the Movenpick brand into Dubai’s residential market through a standalone branded residences project.
Scheduled for completion and opening in 2028, the development will comprise 408 residences, including studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom homes. The project will be located in Motor City, a mixed-use community with residential, retail, dining and leisure facilities.

The development will offer a range of lifestyle and recreational facilities, including a fitness centre, indoor and outdoor lounges, a padel court, barbecue area, pet grooming facility, kids’ club and multiple swimming pools. The project is designed to combine residential living with hospitality-led services under the Movenpick brand.
Residents will also have access to Accor’s Owner Benefits Programme, which includes enhanced status within the ALL Accor loyalty programme and benefits at participating Accor hotels and resorts.
Accor One Living is supporting the project by providing expertise across development, design and operations for the mixed-use and branded residential components. The platform is part of Accor’s broader strategy to expand hospitality brands into residential developments.
Movenpick Residences Dubai Motor City follows the companies’ earlier collaboration on Hyde Residences Dubai Hills. Accor and CITYVIEW have indicated that they are continuing to explore additional residential development opportunities across Dubai.
According to CITYVIEW’s project information, the development is planned for completion in the fourth quarter of 2028 and will offer freehold ownership. The residence mix includes furnished studios, while one- and two-bedroom units will feature fitted kitchens and residential layouts designed for long-term living.
