BPTP Sells 150 Faridabad Luxury Flats for 750 Crore

BPTP sells around 150 apartments worth ₹750 crore in its SkyNest luxury housing project in Greater Faridabad, with each home carrying an average price of approximately ₹5 crore.

Real estate developer BPTP Limited has sold around 150 apartments worth ₹750 crore in its luxury residential project, SkyNest, located in Sector 80, Greater Faridabad. The company announced the sales milestone on October 9, 2026, highlighting demand for premium housing in the National Capital Region (NCR).

Spread across 5.4 acres, SkyNest comprises two residential towers offering a total of 325 apartments. The project has been designed by Singapore-based WOW Consultants, and the average price per apartment is approximately ₹5 crore. Manik Malik, CEO and President of BPTP Limited, said the ₹750 crore in sales marked a milestone for the project and reflected demand for premium residential offerings. The company has positioned SkyNest as a luxury development in Greater Faridabad, an area connected to key road infrastructure across the region.

The project is accessible through the Faridabad Bypass Road, which forms part of the DND-Faridabad-KMP Expressway, and National Highway 44. It also has connectivity towards Noida and Ghaziabad through the Faridabad-Noida-Ghaziabad (FNG) corridor.

The sales announcement comes amid varied housing market trends across major Indian cities. According to real estate consultant Anarock, housing sales across seven major cities increased 3% year-on-year to more than one lakh units in the third quarter of 2026. The total value of sales rose 2% to ₹1.55 lakh crore, compared with ₹1.52 lakh crore in the corresponding period last year.

In the NCR, approximately 13,765 housing units were sold during the quarter, marking a 3% increase over the previous quarter but a 1% decline year-on-year. The figures indicate that while quarterly sales improved, the region’s housing market continued to experience differing demand trends across segments.
