Cybercity Unveils TREVITA Luxury Residences in Hyderabad's Kondapur

Cybercity Builders and Developers launch an experience centre for TREVITA, its ultra-luxury residential project in Hyderabad’s Kondapur. The development features 601 residences, a five-level clubhouse, 118 amenities and technology-enabled services.

Cybercity Builders and Developers launches a new experience centre for TREVITA, its ultra-luxury residential project in Kondapur, Hyderabad. Designed around the theme of “True Luxury,” the centre enables prospective homebuyers to explore the project’s residences, amenities and lifestyle features before making purchasing decisions.

The development comprises three towers with ground plus 25 floors and a total of 601 residences across nine configurations. It offers three- and four-bedroom homes ranging from 2,790 to 4,560 square feet. Each residence features an outdoor living deck measuring approximately 37 feet, extending the living space and providing opportunities for outdoor relaxation.

Amenities form a central part of the project’s design. TREVITA features a 60,000-square-foot clubhouse spread across five levels, along with a rooftop Skyline Deck offering 35 amenities, a terrace swimming pool and 37 landscaped features. Approximately 75% of the project area is dedicated to open spaces and greenery. Overall, the development offers 118 amenities intended to support recreation, wellness and community interaction.

The project also incorporates technology-enabled services through a partnership with Aurm. Aurm Vaults provide insured, biometric-secured lockers in each tower’s entrance lobby, allowing residents to store valuables securely. ELIVATE by Aurm introduces a robotic parcel delivery system that uses dedicated elevators to transport e-commerce packages to residents. The system is designed to enhance privacy and reduce pressure on conventional passenger lifts.

Srivardhan Reddy, director of operations at Cybercity Builders and Developers, says TREVITA brings together architecture, design and technology to deliver an enhanced residential experience. The company positions the project around spacious homes, landscaped environments and services that address the evolving expectations of premium homebuyers.
