G Square Group signs an MoU with JSW One Homes to help plot buyers transition to home construction through a technology-enabled platform offering greater cost transparency, material access and coordinated execution.

G Square Group signs a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with JSW One Homes, a subsidiary of JSW One Platforms and part of the JSW Group, to make home construction more accessible and organised for plot buyers. Under the agreement, JSW One Homes becomes G Square’s Home Building Platform Partner, connecting the developer’s plotted real estate portfolio with a technology-enabled home construction solution.

The partnership addresses a common challenge faced by homeowners after purchasing a plot: managing construction costs, sourcing quality materials, coordinating contractors and ensuring timely project execution. Through the collaboration, customers can explore home construction solutions suited to their budgets, requirements and timelines, while benefiting from a more coordinated building process.

G Square Group brings its experience in land aggregation and plotted developments, while JSW One Homes contributes its home construction platform and associated services.
