The property is located in Versova Shiv Kutir Co-operative Housing Society Ltd. in S.V.P. Nagar, Versova, Andheri West. The duplex occupies two floors on a higher level of the building and has a super built-up area of 2,340 sq ft, equivalent to 217.47 sq m. Its built-up area stands at 1,872 sq ft, or 173.98 sq m. The latest sale records a consideration value of ₹6.01 crore, while the buyers pay ₹36.06 lakh in stamp duty. Based on the built-up area, the transaction translates to approximately ₹32,100 per sq ft. On a super built-up area basis, the value works out to around ₹25,700 per sq ft.
Khan originally acquires the duplex in November 2014 for ₹3.2 crore. The latest transaction therefore represents an increase of ₹2.81 crore in the recorded property value over nearly 12 years. The appreciation reflects the increase in residential property values in Mumbai’s western suburbs, particularly established neighbourhoods such as Versova.
The latest transaction adds to a series of property deals involving celebrities in the Versova market. The locality has recently witnessed several high-value transactions involving actors and other prominent personalities, strengthening its position as a sought-after residential destination in Mumbai’s western suburbs.

Khan herself remains active in the Versova property market. In February 2025, she and her husband, Zaid Darbar, acquired three apartments in Shiv Kutir Co-operative Housing Society for a combined ₹10.13 crore. The three homes together measure 3,497 sq ft of carpet area and include three parking spaces.
The latest sale highlights the strong capital appreciation available in Mumbai’s established residential micro-markets, while Khan’s transactions also underline the continued interest of celebrity buyers and sellers in premium properties across Versova.
