M5 Mahendra Group is investing approximately ₹350 crore to develop Mahendra Solterra, a residential project in Ananth Nagar, Electronic City Phase II, Bengaluru. The development spans around 8.4 acres and carries an estimated gross development value (GDV) of ₹925 crore.
The project comprises 522 three-bedroom apartments distributed across six towers, with approximately 1.1 million sq ft of residential development. Apartment sizes range from 1,354 sq ft to 2,029 sq ft, while prices are positioned between ₹1.35 crore and ₹2 crore, depending on the configuration.

Mahendra Solterra forms part of the larger Mahendra Aarya development, which spans approximately 17 acres and 31 guntas in Electronic City. The project adds to M5 Mahendra Group’s residential portfolio in one of Bengaluru’s established technology and employment corridors.
The developer’s project offering includes three 3BHK configurations, with homes ranging from approximately 1,354 sq ft to 2,029 sq ft. The development is designed with a focus on open spaces, natural surroundings and community-oriented amenities. The company’s official project information highlights features such as courtyard-facing balconies, bay windows and Vaastu-compliant homes.
The project also includes a broad amenity offering designed around recreation, wellness and community engagement. Facilities include two clubhouses, swimming pools, badminton courts, a squash court, children's zones, co-working spaces and a multipurpose sports court.
