Ranbir Kapoor Rents Pune Trump Towers Flat for 4.63 Lakh

Actor Ranbir Kapoor leases his 6,094 sq. ft. apartment at Trump Towers in Pune for an initial monthly rent of ₹4.63 lakh. The three-year agreement includes a 5% annual escalation and is expected to generate ₹1.75 crore.

Bollywood actor Ranbir Kapoor leases his luxury apartment at Trump Towers in Pune for an initial monthly rent of ₹4.63 lakh, according to property registration documents accessed by CRE Matrix. The three-year rental agreement is expected to generate approximately ₹1.75 crore over its tenure, highlighting continued activity in the premium residential rental market.

Located in the Kalyani Nagar–Yerwada area of Pune, the apartment spans approximately 6,094 square feet and includes three covered car parking spaces. Kapoor purchased the property in 2015 for more than ₹11 crore. The leave and licence agreement is registered on October 6, 2026, and covers the period from September 20, 2026, to September 19, 2029.

Under the agreement, the monthly rent starts at ₹4,63,050 in the first year. It increases by 5% annually, reaching approximately ₹4.86 lakh in the second year and ₹5.11 lakh in the third year. The tenant, Ruchi Goel, also pays a security deposit of ₹27.78 lakh, equivalent to six months of the initial rent.

This is not the first time Kapoor leases the property. In September 2023, he rents the same apartment to Duroshox, a Pune-based automotive components manufacturer, under a three-year agreement. That arrangement starts at ₹4 lakh per month, with annual increases taking the rent to ₹4.41 lakh in the third year. The latest agreement therefore reflects an increase in the apartment’s starting monthly rent compared with the previous lease.

Trump Towers Pune is developed through a collaboration between the Trump Organisation and Pune-based Panchshil Realty. The residential development comprises two 23-storey towers, with 46 single-floor apartments in each tower. Its large-format residences cater to the premium housing segment.

Kapoor’s recent property activity also includes the reported purchase of four adjoining land parcels spanning approximately 25.7 acres in Pune district’s Mulshi taluka for ₹16.42 crore in 2026. He has also leased out his former apartment in Mumbai’s Pali Hill area for ₹11 lakh per month under a five-year agreement.

The Pune transaction reflects demand for high-end residential properties in established neighbourhoods, where spacious layouts, parking facilities and premium development standards appeal to tenants seeking luxury accommodation.
