Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan has completed the sale of a 797.49-square-foot residential apartment in Bandra West, Mumbai, for ₹4.11 crore, according to property registration documents reported by real estate data sources.

The apartment is located on the 13th floor of Hi-cons Residency on 26th Road in Bandra West. The transaction includes two open car parking spaces and the associated housing society shares. The property is sold to buyers Sabina Salim Saudagar and Salim Saudagar.

According to the registered sale deed, the apartment has a carpet area of 797.49 square feet. At the reported consideration of ₹4.11 crore, the transaction values the property at approximately ₹51,500 per square foot of carpet area.

The agreement to sell is originally executed on March 7, 2024, and registered on March 11, 2024. The buyers take possession of the apartment on March 7, 2024, while the final sale deed is executed and registered on October 19, 2026. The transaction therefore reaches its final registration stage more than two years after the original agreement.

The sale deed records a total consideration of ₹4.11 crore, with the remaining ₹5 lakh paid before execution of the final document. The earlier agreement accounts for the other payments, including tax deducted at source, as detailed in the registration records.

The transaction adds to Khan’s property dealings in Mumbai. The actor has also been active in the commercial real estate segment. In October 2026, reports indicate that he leases two office units at Kanakia Wall Street in Andheri East to Durva Fintech Private Limited for a monthly rent of approximately ₹22.77 lakh. The units cover a combined area of 5,692 square feet and are subject to a five-year lease agreement.

Khan’s latest residential property sale highlights continued activity in Mumbai’s premium housing market, where transactions involving established neighbourhoods such as Bandra West draw attention because of their location and property values.
