Anushka Sharma, Parents Acquire 25.8 Crore Versova Apartments

Anushka Sharma and her parents acquire two adjoining apartments at Godrej Skyshore in Mumbai’s Versova for ₹25.80 crore, adding to the family’s growing luxury real estate portfolio.

Actor Anushka Sharma and her parents, Ashima and Ajay Kumar Sharma, purchase two adjoining apartments in Godrej Skyshore, a luxury residential development in Mumbai’s Versova, for a combined ₹25.80 crore. The transactions are registered on July 8, 2026, according to property registration documents accessed by real estate data analytics firm CRE Matrix.

The two apartments are located on the 24th floor of Tower A and together span approximately 3,731 sq ft in total area. Anushka Sharma acquires one apartment for ₹14.89 crore, while her parents purchase the adjoining residence for ₹10.91 crore.

Anushka’s apartment measures approximately 2,154 sq ft in total area, including around 2,026 sq ft of carpet area and an exclusive balcony or terrace area. The residence comes with three covered basement parking spaces. The transaction attracts a stamp duty of approximately ₹74.47 lakh.

The adjoining apartment purchased by her parents measures approximately 1,577 sq ft in total area, comprising around 1,478 sq ft of carpet area and additional balcony or terrace space. The property includes two covered basement parking spaces, while the buyers pay approximately ₹65.44 lakh in stamp duty.

Both properties are part of the under-construction Godrej Skyshore project, with possession scheduled on or before June 30, 2031. The payment schedules are linked to construction milestones, according to the registered agreements.

The latest acquisitions add to the family’s presence within the same development. Anushka Sharma and cricketer Virat Kohli separately purchase a 2,644 sq ft apartment in Godrej Skyshore for ₹18.29 crore, with the transaction registered on July 21, 2026. The residence includes an additional exclusive area and three parking spaces.

With the latest purchases, Anushka and her family now own three apartments on the same floor of Tower A, taking the combined transaction value of the three residences to approximately ₹44 crore. The acquisitions further expand the family’s high-value real estate portfolio across Mumbai and other premium locations.
