Seed Group partners with UK-based VerbaFlo to expand AI-powered leasing and resident communication services across the UAE, targeting property owners, developers and residential operators with multilingual, round-the-clock support.
Seed Group, a company of The Private Office of Sheikh Saeed bin Ahmed Al Maktoum, enters into a strategic partnership with London-based VerbaFlo to expand artificial intelligence-powered leasing and resident communication solutions across the United Arab Emirates. The collaboration aims to connect VerbaFlo with property owners, developers and management companies seeking to improve operational efficiency and resident experience.
Under the agreement, Seed Group will leverage its regional network to identify prospective customers and facilitate discussions with government and institutional stakeholders in the real estate sector. The partnership also explores opportunities across the wider Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region as VerbaFlo seeks to establish a stronger presence in the Gulf.

Founded in 2024, VerbaFlo provides AI agents that manage communications throughout the residential property lifecycle, including tenant enquiries, property viewings, maintenance requests, lease renewals, rent payments and move-out processes. The platform operates across phone, email, web chat and WhatsApp, supporting more than 200 languages and enabling property operators to respond to residents around the clock.
For leasing teams, the technology answers prospective tenants’ questions, schedules viewings and follows up on enquiries. Its integrations with property management systems, including Yardi and Entrata, connect conversations with existing operational records. Human employees can intervene when a query requires specialist attention, with access to the full communication history.
According to the company, its platform serves more than 50 residential operators across 12 countries and supports over 300,000 residential units. VerbaFlo also reports processing more than 10 million conversations, with an average AI response time of 3.7 seconds and 90% of conversations resolved through AI.
Hisham Al Gurg, chief executive officer of Seed Group and The Private Office of Sheikh Saeed bin Ahmed Al Maktoum, says VerbaFlo’s experience with established residential operators is a key consideration for the partnership. He highlights the importance of response quality in supporting occupancy rates and resident satisfaction.

Sayantan Biswas, founder and chief executive officer of VerbaFlo, says the UAE’s internationally diverse resident population and increasingly professional rental sector create opportunities for multilingual AI-based property services. He adds that Seed Group’s local relationships and market understanding will support the company’s regional expansion.
The partnership comes as property operators increasingly adopt digital tools to manage growing communication volumes and improve service delivery. By combining VerbaFlo’s technology with Seed Group’s regional network, the companies aim to support the digital transformation of residential property management in the UAE and neighbouring markets.
