DivyaSree Launches 800 Cr Residential Project in Bengaluru

DivyaSree Developers launches DivyaSree Quiet Side in Yelahanka, North Bengaluru, with a potential GDV of over ₹800 crore. The five-acre project features 260 three-bedroom homes, with 85% of the site reserved for open spaces.

DivyaSree Developers has launched DivyaSree Quiet Side, a premium residential project in Yelahanka, North Bengaluru, with a gross development value (GDV) potential of more than ₹800 crore. Spread across five acres, the development will comprise approximately 260 three-bedroom residences across three towers, with 85% of the total land area designated as open space.

The project is planned around low-density living, privacy and access to green spaces. Its layout features four residences per floor, independent walls between homes and deep setbacks between towers. Pedestrian-only pathways and building orientations designed to support natural ventilation are also incorporated into the development.

DivyaSree Quiet Side will offer two three-bedroom configurations. The Grand residences will have approximately 1,900 sq. ft. of super built-up area, while the Luxe residences will cover approximately 2,200 sq. ft. Prices start at ₹2.99 crore, inclusive of applicable charges, depending on the floor and configuration. Each tower will also feature duplex penthouses with private open terraces.

The amenities include landscaped gardens, walking and jogging tracks, meditation areas, senior citizen zones and sports facilities for pickleball, futsal, badminton and squash. A 15,000 sq. ft. clubhouse will house a gymnasium, swimming pool, library, mini theatre and multi-purpose hall. The project will also provide an additional 7,500 sq. ft. of indoor amenity space.

Bhaskar N Raju, Chairman and CEO of DivyaSree Developers, said the project reflects the company's long-term approach to residential development and its focus on creating homes that remain relevant as cities evolve. Avinash Suresh, CEO – Residential Real Estate, said homebuyers increasingly prioritise space, privacy, greenery and a quieter living environment.

Located in Yelahanka, the development offers access to schools, hospitals, business parks and technology campuses. The company estimates that the project is approximately 30 minutes from Kempegowda International Airport.
