Marathi actor Prajakta Mali sells her 473 sq ft apartment in Goregaon East for ₹1.12 crore, with the transaction registered on September 10, 2026, shortly after her ₹6.42 crore home purchase.
Marathi actor Prajakta Dnyaneshwar Mali sells a 473 sq ft apartment in Goregaon East, Mumbai, for ₹1.12 crore. The transaction is registered on September 10, 2026, according to an agreement for sale accessed through real estate data analytics firm CRE Matrix. The deal adds to recent celebrity activity in Mumbai’s residential property market.
The apartment is located in the Lavender building at Mantri Park, Dindoshi, on Film City Road in Goregaon East. The 473 sq ft unit is situated on the 17th floor and changes hands for a registered consideration of ₹1.12 crore. The transaction works out to approximately ₹23,700 per sq ft of carpet area.

According to the property registration details, the agreement records the apartment’s transfer to two buyers. The transaction also includes the associated society shares and rights connected with the property. The registered documents indicate that the deal is completed above the property's ready-reckoner value of approximately ₹1.08 crore.
The sale comes shortly after Mali makes another significant property purchase in the same suburb. On August 12, 2026, she registered the purchase of an apartment at Oberoi Exquisite on Mohan Gokhale Road, Goregaon East, for approximately ₹6.42 crore. The property has a carpet area of around 996 sq ft and comes with a car parking space.
The ₹6.42 crore purchase is financed substantially through a housing loan. Property records indicate that Mali obtains a ₹5.78 crore loan from Indian Bank for the acquisition, while the registered consideration translates to approximately ₹64,500 per sq ft of carpet area.
Mali’s transaction takes place amid a broader shift in Mumbai’s residential market, where the ₹1–5 crore price segment accounts for nearly 60% of residential sales in 2026 year-to-date, according to CRE Matrix. The data indicates that property activity is not restricted to the ultra-luxury segment.

Other celebrity transactions also reflect activity across different price points. Earlier this year, actor Madhuri Dixit and her husband Shriram Madhav Nene sold their Juhu apartment for ₹4.40 crore, while actor Sanjay Mishra purchased a sea-view apartment in Madh Island for ₹4.75 crore.
Mali’s latest sale and recent purchase together highlight continued activity in Mumbai’s residential market, particularly in established western suburbs such as Goregaon East. The transactions also demonstrate how celebrity property activity increasingly spans a wider range of residential price points and property formats.
