Playback singer Sonu Nigam expands his real estate portfolio with the acquisition of three commercial units in Andheri West, Mumbai, for a combined consideration of ₹17 crore. The transactions are registered on August 6, 2026, according to property registration documents accessed by real estate data analytics platform CRE Matrix.
The properties are located in the Aston building at Sundervan Complex on Lokhandwala Road. Two adjoining commercial units are situated on the first floor, while the third unit is located on the ground floor. All three properties are purchased from Singular Health Private Limited.

The two first-floor units have a combined carpet area of 3,885.77 sq ft and are acquired for ₹16 crore. The transaction attracts a stamp duty of ₹96 lakh and includes four car parking spaces in the building’s basement stack-parking system.
In a separate transaction registered on the same day, Nigam acquires a 258.33 sq ft ground-floor commercial unit in the same building for ₹1 crore. The purchase attracts a stamp duty of ₹6 lakh. Together, the three units cover a combined carpet area of 4,144.10 sq ft, taking the average acquisition value to approximately ₹41,021 per sq ft.
The latest purchase adds to Nigam’s recent activity in Mumbai’s commercial property market. In 2025, he reportedly leases a 4,257 sq ft commercial office at Trade Centre BKC in Santacruz East to Pattni Hospitality, which operates the Downtown 29 café and bar, under a five-year agreement with total rent exceeding ₹12.61 crore.

The latest Andheri acquisition further highlights Nigam’s continued exposure to Mumbai’s commercial real estate market, particularly in locations closely associated with the city’s media and entertainment ecosystem.
