WAL Launches Serenia Wellness Homes in Gurugram From 1.5 Cr

WAL Developments launches Serenia Wellness Residences, a premium residential project in Sector 92, Gurugram, with prices starting at ₹1.5 crore. Spread across 4.57 acres, the development will comprise 416 three-bedroom residences distributed across two towers, with unit configurations of 1,250 and 1,350 square feet. The launch expands the company’s residential portfolio following its commercial shop-cum-office developments in Sectors 73 and 88A.

Located next to DLF Garden City, the project offers access to an 84-metre-wide main road and regional transport corridors, including the Dwarka Expressway, NH-48, Pataudi Road, Southern Peripheral Road and Kundli-Manesar-Palwal Expressway. These routes connect Sector 92 with Delhi, Indira Gandhi International Airport, Manesar and Gurugram’s commercial centres.
